RETURNS POLICY

MDL Dental Products has a 30 day refund policy on all unused products (with no restocking fee). To qualify, the item must be returned to us in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. Please call or e-mail us to get a return authorization number. Once the item is received by us, we will credit your card or issue a refund check. We will also issue a refund or exchange on any item that has been used if the product is defective. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable >30 days from the date the merchandise is received. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be reimbursed in full.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY

We ship most items within 2 business days. Your credit card is charged at time of purchase. Due to the limited quantities available in our warehouse, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer at no extra cost to you.
